The 2023-2024 EMP Bulletin is here!

The EMP is an annual publication that highlights the U.S. Army Garrison-Hawai’i’s innovative approaches to natural and cultural resource management in support of the Army’s training mission in Hawai’i. This EMP issue highlights stories from 2023 and 2024 on restoration efforts at Pōhakuloa Training Area (PTA) on Puʻu Nohona O Hae and at Kahanahāiki, along with our program’s work with endangered kāhuli highlighting a snailer’s perspective.
