The 2022-2023 EMP Bulletin is here!

The EMP is an annual publication that highlights the U.S. Army Garrison-Hawai’i’s innovative approaches to natural and cultural resource management in support of the Army’s training mission in Hawai’i. This EMP issue highlights stories from 2022 and 2023, and recognizes 25 years of rare plant management on O’ahu with the staff and volunteers from the Army Natural Resources Program.
