We are offering a special volunteer opportunity for first-time volunteers to join us in Kahanahaiki on Saturday, January 28. This opportunity is also open to those who have not been to Kahanahaiki in over a year. We will be controlling a variety of invasive weeds to help restore this native mesic forest.
New volunteers, get involved!
- Fill out the volunteer application and submit to firstname.lastname@example.org before 12:00 p.m. (noon) on Friday, January 20. Participation is subject to application approval.
- Sign up online at oanrp.ivolunteer.com (sign ups open on Friday, January 20 at 12:00 noon)
- Receive confirmation email with directions, packing list and pre-trip recommendations!
If you are an existing volunteer (have already been through the application process) who has not been to Kahanahaiki in a year and would like to join us for this opportunity, simply sign up at oanrp.ivolunteer.com.
Don’t meet the criteria, but still want to go to Kahanahaiki?
Regular volunteers interested in going to Kahanahaiki who do not meet these criteria are welcome to sign up on the waitlist for the January 28 Kahanahaiki trip, as we will allow regular volunteers to join should we have availability.
We are also offering a regular volunteer trip to Kahanahaiki on Tuesday, January 31, and existing volunteers may sign up for that opportunity at oanrp.ivolunteer.com.
